Grooming Clipper Blade
Referring to dog grooming blades…is the higher the number the shorter the cut?
Isnt a #7 blade good for general body cutting? and a #9 or #10 for closer work around the face…I would like to learn to cut my cocker spaniel but i dont know where to go to learn. I keep her cut with a puppy cut so Im looking for a good grooming clipper and the proper blades. Can anyone advise about a good clipper set/blades?
7 is still pretty short.
My daughter normally starts out with a #3, and only goes shorter if the #3 won’t get below any matting.
Then uses a #10 for the obvious places.
